The multi-louver (gang-operated) dampers of the A52 Horizontal Face Bars, Shutter Damper has individually adjustable front blades on 3/4” centers. With a 1-1/4” wide margin on all sides and mitered corners, the aluminum supply grille is a robust product for your facility.

Product Application
Sometimes, grilles or registers can be loud, causing an unwarranted disruption to an otherwise peaceful environment. To solve this issue (without hampering your ventilation needs), we have designed the A52 grilles. Equipped with shutter dampers, these grilles provide a seamless performance while ensuring minimum noise. They are used in high, sidewall applications where their horizontal blades perform exceptionally well to control the incoming airstream. A52 grilles promise versatility with an extensive range of applications including libraries and conference rooms.
Features
- Optional aluminum mounting frame (A45) available for use in plaster applications
- Performance data is tested in accordance with ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 70-1991 at isothermal conditions
- Optional aluminum opposed blade damper (AOBD) is factory mounted and screwdriver operated from face of grille (Steel SOBD available)
- The White (WH) electrocoat finish features an anodic acrylic paint, baked at 315°F for 30 minutes with a pencil hardness of HB to H
- Width can be between 6” to 48” and height between 4” to 48”, both with one-inch increments
