The two sets of deflection blades in the T64 Vertical Face Bars, Horizontal Rear Bars allow air spread to be set left or right and up or down. These streamlined blades, with 3/4” blade spacing, maintain an area capacity that reduces outlet velocity and pressure drop, ensuring a quiet operation.
- Roll-formed blades on 3/4” centers hold the deflection setting under the typical conditions of pressure and velocity
- Fitted with countersunk screw holes and mounting screws
- It can be mounted in a panel for a standard T-bar ceiling
Product Application
The T64 double deflection supply grille is designed to accommodate changing job conditions in your facility. The deflection blades featured in the grille allow for versatility in the air distribution to maximize comfort. Due to its adaptability to a range of applications, this supply grille is recommended for high sidewall applications in commercial spaces requiring optimum flexibility in changing the air patterns. In addition to this, the unit is also an excellent choice if you need quiet operation in your space.

- Available sizes are 6"x4" to 48"x48" in 1” increments (larger sizes are supplied in multiple sections)
- Optional steel mounting frame (45) available for use in plaster applications to facilitate grille removal
- Comes in a Tuttle & Bailey® White (WH) electrocoat finish and in an anodic acrylic paint, baked at 315°F for 30 minutes with a pencil hardness of HB to H
- Optional steel opposed blade damper (SOBD) is factory mounted and screwdriver operated from face of grille
